All our Process Support masterbatches are PFAS/PFOS and PFOAS free, designed for use in industrial and agricultural blown film extrusion or use in high temperature applications or with large amounts of mineral fillers.
We have a special and innovative grade of fluoropolymer or Teflon free process aid, therefore, PFAS/PFOS/PFOAS free, Greenbatch® 409 is state-of-the-art specially designed for film extrusion that requires high performance. This masterbatch has an LLDPE base and contains high molecular weight fluoropolymer free additive.

Greenbatch® 801Q is a high performance antioxidant with high thermal stability of high solubility and compatibility with polymeric materials, it is an excellent reducer of thermo-oxidative degradation and being free of phosphates avoids developing unwanted color (yellowish) during the extrusion process.
